After purchase, personalised visitor tickets can be managed via the IDS app, stored in the smartphone wallet or printed out. The admission ticket also includes a public transport ticket for the VRS/VRR network as well as special deals from Deutsche Bahn and Lufthansa.
The direct link to the IDS app and IDSconnect digital platform makes it easy to prepare and network before, during and after the event. Starting March 2025, IDSconnect will expand the trade fair experience beyond the exhibition halls with digital features like learning sessions, online seminars and product demos. Visitors will also have the opportunity to get a head start on networking with exhibitors, colleagues and potential partners before the event.
For over 100 years, IDS has been the central meeting point for the global dental industry. Every two years, the trade fair brings together experts from all areas of the dental world and provides a platform for innovation, exchange and market trends. The upcoming IDS 2025 is seeing exceptional registration numbers and a strong international presence, with over 2,000 exhibitors expected from around 60 countries. All signs point to strong visitor growth for the next IDS, building on the success of the 2023 event, which drew around 120,000 visitors from 122 countries.
